The Fiscal Cliff is a “perfect storm” of three components: revenue increases, spending cuts, and the spiraling debt incurred by our government—paired with Congress’s failure to act to right any of these issues. Unless Congress acts to by the end of 2012, we will go over the fiscal cliff, likely sending our country into a double-dip recession.
